He also gave information about the Techno savvy equipments currently used in the industry for guest comfort and security. Celebrity Chef Nilesh Limaye gave presentation on latest trends in restaurant business. He spoke in details about promoting Indian cuisine and guided the participants about the requirement of soft skills in Hospitality Industry Dr. Survana Sathe, Principal, T. M. V. Pune, presented the paper on Development of niche Tourism through the aquamarine conservation at Velas. Mr. Manikkam, F & B Manager , Hotel Shraddha Inn, Shirdi has pointed out the requirement of highly skilled staff for Hospitality Sector in the years to come. Mr. Manpreet Singh, G. Guest Lecture of Smt Latha Krishnamurthi, Pune on topic “Guidelines for Project Training Reports” was organized for the students of B.H.M.C.T B.Sc. H.S. Mrs. Lata Krishnamurthi presently working as a programme Co-Ordinator for the languages in VIT, Pune delivered a lecture on an effective and systematic compiling of Training Project Report. She also explained the format the content of the report guided them in writing a ‘catchy title for the report. The lecturer helped students in pursuing techniques while writing an effective report.
Students Parents Meeting was organized on 4 August 2012. All the parents were invited to attend the meeting. There is discussion of academic activities of college. Training Placement of students in Hotels. How HMCT course is beneficial for students for their career. Our Training Placent Co-ordinator Mr. Yogesh Sandhan vice Principal Mr. Sushil Gadekar has conducted the meeting gives their valuable guidance.
The seminar was held in the HMCT College on 14 Sept 2012 on different points related to importance of time and the way to plan career and goal for success. Dr. Sagar Kamble also explained with good examples to importance of time and to utilize it in proper way . students were encouraged with informative lecture in goal setting.

World Bread Day Programme was organized by Short course students. All students have made different types of Breads. There are total 88 types of Breads, diffetrent types of Pizzas, cakes. Students has takent guidance from teaching Staff. Principal, Vice Principal has given congratulation to students for their best presentation of Breads.
In bandra ,mumbai . 13 annual inter-collegiate hospitality competition 2012 was held at rizvi academy of hospitality management and catering operations. From our college six students had participated as a team.
The event was started from monday 23 Jan. 2012 till friday 27 Jan. 2012 at rizvi. fifteen teams had participated in the competition from different states.

Blood donation camp is organized on 1 Aug. 2011, in Hotel Management College Campus, on association of Honorable Shri Apoorva Hiray Birthday.
The College had participated in the Arogya Sarita 2011 otganized at Dongre Vastigruha ground during 21 Feb. 2011 TO 28 Feb. 2011. The whole food court was owned by the college at the venue. Various food dishes like PUNJABI, MEXICAN, CHINESE, CHAT, BAKERY PRODUCTS etc. were prepared & served at the venue. Students were actively participated in food preparations & presentations of food dishes. Respective staff members guided the Students for preparations of dishes. It was a different & great exposure for the students.
It was our immense pleasure to be a part of Nashik's one of the biggest festival i.e. "NASHIK FESTIVAL" between 28 Jan.-2011 To 30 Jan. 2011. The festival was organised by Bhujbal Foundation. The Food Festival was organised & managed by the faculty members of our college. There were around 150 food stalls, catering & serving for the visitors of festivals.
Mix & Trix was a demonstration of cocktail making a flare bartending. The demonstration was given by Mr. Pankaj Sharma owner of Mix & Trix Bartending Academy.
